Cameron Hughes Pinot Noir - Lot 696

Coming in right at the $20 price point this is an awesome Oregon Pinot that I swear would cost $40-50 at its “regular” price. This wine was sourced from the Chehalem Mountains AVA and is a 2017 vintage. 2017 was a warm year so immediately you will notice that the wine pours a much deeper red than a typical Oregon Pinot. But don’t let that fool you, it’s not a big fruit bomb and it still has all of the typical sophistication of an Oregon Pinot noir. This is my first CH wine from the state of Oregon and I will definitely be purchasing more of this as it is typically pretty hard to find good Oregon Pinot’s for $20 or less. Enjoy!

Update! Unfortunately, this wine is now sold out… I haven’t tried it yet, but here is another CH Oregon Pinot Noir to check out - it’s $17.
